Before my appointment i recieved a phone call from the salon to ask if i could please arrive 15 minutes later than my scheduled time due to the client before me running late. This was fine. However when i arrived, I was kept waiting for an additional 30 minutes. So a total of 45minutes after my scheduled appointment! I understand the reason and the manicurist was friendly and apologised, but no one should have to be kept waiting 45 minutes when they have pre-booked an appointment. In hindsight I should have just left but oh well. The treatment itself was ok.
