This spa has been quite an awful experience. I booked a pedicure spa treatment for 1h15min, only to be told after 35min that it is finished! I explained to the lady that I booked a much longer treatment to which she responded that she is just quicker than the other massage therapists. I tried to make her explain that I didn't pay for the treatment to be quick but to be relaxing and give me a break from London. She did not seem to understand this and told me that it would take time for the nail color to dry anyway - so she basically told me that I paid for 40min nail-drying-time. I appreciate that she wanted to give me an express foot massage after the nail color dried after we had already discussed for 15min but by this point I was extremely disappointed with the service and just wanted to leave the place. My spa time that was supposed to relax me after a stressful week turned out to be the absolute opposite.

A fantastic place for getting gel nails in Victoria- open late, reasonable price and really friendly! Love it!
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
I paid £17 for 15 minutes in the sunbed and it hasn't made even a slight difference. The venue was dirty as was the sunbed.
