Misleading advertisement on Treatwell. The price advertised was only for a "light" tan and there was a "surprise" surcharge to get a medium or darker tan. On top of that, there is only a makeshift tent for the spray tan and overall the facilities are not clean. With regard to the UV cabin, you really need to squeeze to get in and I had to ask for sunglasses: none were initially proposed to me + the ones I was eventually given were very dirty...
On arrival I was made to wait a few mins before they even talked to me then another 15 mins before they started my treatment as there was a double booking and a big of chaos around the bookings. I paid for 60 mins massage but only got 50 mins. Wasn't asked to fill out a Health screening questionnaire. Wasn't asked if I have any injuries or if I have any area I want to focus on. Wasn't asked if the strength of the massage was good enough.
I felt a bit talked down to.
The therapist was nice though and massage felt strong but could have been a bit stronger. Especially on my hamstrings as I went there with tight hamstrings to get a relief. Therapist was friendly though and I did enjoy the massage it's just the little details they could improve on.
