Staff were super friendly
If you want a cheap wax then this is the place to go but it is not at all pretty or luxurious.
The wax however was good, it did the job!

Ladies' Leg Waxing
I found this venue in a rush because needed to get waxing sorted. The photos on the website are not as telling as they should be. Staff were super nice and professional but I didn't like the venue, everything could do with a bit of TLC. My manicure has lasted a long time and thought it was value for money. Waxing was ok, but patchy in places. I would say it is good value for money if you are willing to forgive them for not having a calm environment for your treatments.

Worst experience ever. The place is so unhygienic and the massage was the most horrible experience I ve ever had. The person in charge has no clue of how to talk to the customers. She was rude and kept changing the appointment time and asked to pay extra to reschedule the appointment. Such a rip off !!! I wish I had read more reviews about this place before booking. If you are booking a wowcher please stay away from this place.
I bought a Wowcher deal at Tantalizing spa and booked an appointment for today, when I arrived they made me wait for 20 minutes and then they told me that I need to pay £20-30 extra for my treatment but I refused to pay extra money because I pre-paid for my treatment already, I showed them the pre-paid wowcher but they told me that I need to pay money £20-30 extra for the treatment, I refused to pay and told them that it's fraud to demand extra money for the treatment. I asked them for refund but they refused... I told them that I will contact Police because what they doing there it's called Fraud and Extortion... I never received a treatment and they refuse to give me a refund... AVOID this Dirty and Disguisting place....
I had booked an eyebrow wax online and specifically asked her when I arrived not to touch the top of my eyebrows just tidy up the underneath, next thing she is applying wax to the tops. She tells me she did this because I had too much hair on my forehead! She also told me I needed an eyebrow tint which she would do and I refused, she then started cutting at my eyebrows with scissors. Overall very disappointed with the wax, she spent more time using scissors and tweezers (I could have done that at home) she was also quite rude and the place was dirty. Would not recommend to anyone.
