I had booked an eyebrow wax online and specifically asked her when I arrived not to touch the top of my eyebrows just tidy up the underneath, next thing she is applying wax to the tops. She tells me she did this because I had too much hair on my forehead! She also told me I needed an eyebrow tint which she would do and I refused, she then started cutting at my eyebrows with scissors. Overall very disappointed with the wax, she spent more time using scissors and tweezers (I could have done that at home) she was also quite rude and the place was dirty. Would not recommend to anyone.
Eyebrow Waxing
Quite literally the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Having purchased a voucher on wowcher I was expecting to be treated well - oh no - I was greeted by the rudest woman (who apparently is the boss). She casually stunned me out of an additional £10 for changing the time of my massage (a few days previously) and didn't remember my "booking". She said I could "take the massage or leave it". Trust me I regretted taking it. Shabby building, shabby atmosphere and a shabby sports massage. Save your money, I would. I shan't be going back....
The sunbed was fine, would have been helpful if staff had explained to me how to use it as it's different to one I've used before where it blasts cool air at the end and wasn't sure if I was meant to stay in for that or not?
I strongly dont recomand this place. I waisted my time and money to go there for one hour of facial treatments and when I got there the lady said its nobody there to do facial and that she can change with 30 minutes relaxing massage and keep insisting to pay more money for one hour, I didnt go there for massage. Really disapointed.
