Really chaotic. They were closed when I arrived and had no record of my booking. Then said they were double booked and I would have to wait half an hour, but I didn’t have time as I had a train to catch! I had to wait 15 mins anyway but when they started (two of them together) the wax was very painful (too hot) and lots of hair was left behind, and big lumps of wax on my skin. They were both nice and friendly enough, but I definitely wouldn’t go back.

I was horrified nasy dirty it was really bad things was hanging of the wall. The lady let me in the shop then went in to a room I didn't see her I walk out the shop in not happy so I paid £10 for what nasty

Terrible wax. Really painful. Loads of hair left and loads of wax left on my skin. Slow service. Too expensive for what i was given.
