Sadly this was a disappointing experience. Owner was late to open the store and hence I was left waiting outside for my appointment and had to call her to inform her I was waiting outside. Was not happy with the threading either and sustained cuts to the face despite my warning her of my skin sensitivity. Although the owner was very nice, I'm afraid I would not recommend the threading, however have heard good things about other services she offers.

The hairdresser came in especially for my appointment and was professional. It took while to figure out the best option for colour as I prefer ammonia free products. I guess I was expecting more but appreciated the care they took of me, and ultimately my husband thought they did a great job, so it was all good!
