Whilst the customer service was good and preet was very polite and nice. I think the process of full body wax needs to be improved. I was constantly moved from side to side and the disposable cover paper was getting stuck everywhere. Best way is to do front including front legs, Hollywood, arms and underarms and then moving to the back. My arms and underarms were left till last. I think next time I’ll have to just dictate the process of what order I want the wax done.
