I had 2 treatments, facial was great. First facial ive had here and will definitely try another. My eyebrows not as great...but I should book the beautician that I normally have as its difficult for beauticians to get eyebrows perfect when its the first time they are working on you and the salon is busy which was the case on this occasion.

As always, a great threading experience... they had a difficult customer in whilst I was there and they dealt with the situation with great professionalism. I was thoroughly impressed, my eyebrows also look awesome!

I was really happy to be able to book this appointment at pretty short notice and there were no problems at all. Overall it was a lovely experience and I will definitely book again.

Facial was fantastic will definitely try another, unfortunately eyebrows were over threaded above one eye....however I've been there enough times to know which beauticians get my eyebrows exactly how I like them, so going forward I will book the beauticians i know do a great job...lesson learnt for next time!
