I arrived for my appointment and there were 2 members of staff Sorina and Jass neither one of them acknowledged my presence instead carried on with their business (Jass was doing a pedicure and Sorina dyeing hair).
After 10 minutes of waiting (still no acknowledgement) a lady called Indie arrived and asked if I had an appointment.
Anyway Tanz was unavailable and Indie done my eyebrows (not particularly great, left the middle section undone). Indie was polite but the overall experience was poor

The quality and thechnique are worth only 2*. There was hair left which was not twizzed out. And I was very sore next day which is defo not how it should be next day.
