Possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had.

I got the facial for £18 as a last minute deal and it wasn’t good at all. Normally when I have a deep cleansing facial I leave with my face feeling fresh and they spend a lot of time extracting every last bit out of my face but the lady spent about 60 seconds and that was it. The massage was ok but although I asked for my left shoulder to be focused on I left with as many knots as I went in with. Would not recommend at all.

Cold hands, cold room, cold oil. Despite telling her which area I need more focus on, it didn’t really make a difference. Had severe back pain and leaving with maybe 1% difference. Lady was lovely but not satisfied.

Felt so relaxed heated bed was so nice felt comfortable will definitely going back would recommend
