I booked in for a gel/shellac polish removal and the woman had real trouble removing the shellac. So much so, that she filed a lot of my own natural nail still leaving much of the shellac on there. I understood that it was difficult but was very disappointed that I was still charged the full price even though I still had a lot of shellac on my nails.

My second visit, realized prices are changed.
Hopefully, it will be carry on to be affordable. Because it is a good place to prefer.
