Lash lift was not the usual standard I get from this place - when I advised the therapist that they were not that lifted and that in fact one of my eyes were not as lifted as the other she simply said “there is a difference” and ignored my second comment entirely. I think she was fairly new in carrying out the procedure however if a customer is not happy with your work you should work with them to find a solution. I will have to think about whether I would like to return in future.
