Really friendly staff - didn’t feel rushed at all. Enjoyed my mani pedi with them and had my eyebrows done which was a bonus of going there. My shellac on my thumb chipped that day however I haven’t been able to go back but I have no doubt they will fix it for me with no issues as they are friendly girls. Will gladly go there again.

I booked in for a gel/shellac polish removal and the woman had real trouble removing the shellac. So much so, that she filed a lot of my own natural nail still leaving much of the shellac on there. I understood that it was difficult but was very disappointed that I was still charged the full price even though I still had a lot of shellac on my nails.
