Burnt one of my eyebrows, took no responsibility for it, not a single sorry, after 4 weeks the eyebrow is still healing and visibly red, threaded the eyebrow before tinting, lied on the phone to me that they insisted I get them threaded and not waxed because my skin is sensitive, which is an absolute lie, said they have no refund policy and offered a complimentary massage? What about the money that I have to spend to treat my eyebrow, wish I could add photos of what they've done
