She was late for 20 mins, her colleague had to go at the back and call her. During the whole time I was there she had a headphone in and spoke in her language. I asked for a straight cut and curtain bangs which I was very upset about as the hair was not straight in the end and my curtain bangs are not even the same length as one side is longer than the other. In the end I had to pay an additional £75 to another hairdresser to fix my hair after paying her £38 before the appointment unrefundable
