I recently had the worst experience at the salon. As a loyal customer, I usually book with Sonya, who is exceptional, but she wasn’t available, so I had to go with Manpreet. This was a huge mistake. The massage room lights were left on, ruining the relaxing atmosphere. I paid for a 1-hour 10-minute session, but it ended 23 minutes early. The back massage lasted only 15 minutes, and the foot and head massages were done in a walking area, while I sat, making it unprofessional and uncomfortable.
