I go to Tanz all the time, usually as a walk in, but when I have a few treatments I always book for Jas, as I think she is very thorough & professional

Salon was cold and the chair and foot spa was cleabed prior to use. The hair wash basin next to me was not cleaned either. The massafe chair was not put on despite me booking a "spa" pedicure. The callus peel was supposed to be a tight wrap of cling film around my feet but it was loose and falling off. The peel itself was (in my opinion) a bit rushed and incomplete. I was told no more filing of the feet could be done as it could be sore but it was nowhere the point of becoming sore. Not great
