I had a full leg wax. The beautician was very nice and friendly although looked a bit tired. The waxing experience was not so great. I have been going for waxing treatments for ages and it never hurts, but this time it did quite a lot.. It felt that the quality of wax-strip was low or/and poor technique. Also my legs were covered in huge red bumps afterwards which never happens anymore. Last but no least, the worst thing that when checking at home, found lots of patches of missed, left hair( long hair). Very dissapointed with the service. Will never go back..

I have usually lots of tension in back, specially the neck and shoulders area. The massage was good, the therapist worked at my tight knots and left me feeling relaxed.

never again.. The staff is extremely rude, they changed my appointment moving it by 1 hours with 2 hours notice (same day clearly)giving me no choice to reschedule it. When there, the treatment was not effective. Just a simple scrub you can do at home without spending 45 pounds for it. The shower wasn't working so the lady was removing the product throwing me water from a saucepan. Def not something you would expect from any place in central London.
