never again.. The staff is extremely rude, they changed my appointment moving it by 1 hours with 2 hours notice (same day clearly)giving me no choice to reschedule it. When there, the treatment was not effective. Just a simple scrub you can do at home without spending 45 pounds for it. The shower wasn't working so the lady was removing the product throwing me water from a saucepan. Def not something you would expect from any place in central London.

Excellent treatment. Not painful. Beautician was highly skilled and the beauty room is relaxing and is a lovely place to get any treatment.
Great overall experience, friendly staff, a couple of streaks on my fake tan but I might have rubbed it myself! I'd come here again
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
Great manicure, and the beautician was friendly and put me at ease. Only downside was another therapist moving things around during my treatment, and then rushing me out at the end, but I appreciate they are pushed for time during people's lunchhours!
