Overall a relaxing experience. It was nice - good pressure and focus on legs which are sometimes missed. Would recommend with the wahanda discount but perhaps not at full price.

I booked here for a brazilian wax as my usual place was closed and it was great! Tara used the hot wax on me which was much easier and far less painful than regular strip wax. She was very efficient and paid attention to what I wanted. Because I booked through Wahanda it was cheaper than it would usually have been and so the same price as my usual place (that uses strip wax) I will definitely be coming back to Tara for my next appointment!
Terrible terrible experience. £25 for eyebrow threading has left the underneath of my eyebrows like stubble as the lady didnt put enough pressure on the thread. I couldnt handle her leaving my upper lip stubbly as well so asked her to wax it but i felt like it was the first time she had ever done such a treatment. For £25 i wish i had gone to an expert browbar in a department store as this will now take another couple of weeks to sort out. I have been threading my eyebrows for over 20 years and this was the worst experience. I wish i been hairy for one more day and got them done properly. AVOID for threading!!!
Gen was very chatty and friendly. She was very quick and professional with minimum pain! Also managed to fit an eyebrow shape in when I hadn't originally booked it. Will be going back again!
