I didn't get the treatment I wanted or booked. I said on 2 occasions I didn't want highlights. He carried on regardless. I was then expected to pay for the wrong treatment. Took far longer than I had allocated. Was nearly 2 hours late for another appointment. My hair has gone from a beautiful honey blonde to peroxide blonde. And now it is so static, the condition must be awful. Will never go back.

Had a relaxing massage, facial and light therapy treatment at Tartz with the amazing Michelle. My second time and booked again already. Beautiful salon and lovely friendly staff. Thank you. 🥰 Highly recommended. ♥️ Xx

After listening to advise from Mark I had a complete head of highlights. He took my naturally occurring silver (aged related grey) and mirrored it with fine light blonde the transformation was absolutely amazing. Thank you Mark.
