No one said hello to me when I arrived , I just stood there why the 2 workers carried on with other clients. Then another customer came in and they spoke to her before me. I felt awkward. The facial wasn’t the best , the therapist kept leaving the room and not telling me anything so I just laid there waiting for her to come back . She also cut my nose with her tool, which hurt to point I said to stop . I wouldn’t return here
