The guy who did my lashes (Jay) was very very gentle from start to finish. It was quiet a relaxing experience. The lashes were great, looked very natural and haven't shed at all yet. The "salon" however was a bit difficult to locate. It's on a house and on Treatwell I couldn't seem to find what buzzer number it was, ended up pressing 2. However when I called the place the lady was very quick to answer and directed me to the right house (buzzer 5 guys!). When I got in, Jay welcomed me and asked me to take a seat in the living room where there was another lady doing another persons lashes. Other than the location of the "salon" which I would really call a house. One more thing is for a three hour session the beds are REALLY BAD. Left with the worst back ache. That's the only negative thing I would say about the place, otherwise, its worth it, especially for the price I paid! £10 instead of £60? Anyday!
