I booked an appointment for eyelash extensions through Groupon, and the service I received was terrible. Firstly, it was impossible to make an appointment, I phoned several times and didn't get through, and it took forever to get a response to my emails. I eventually booked an appointment, but when I showed up at the salon, the beautician wasn't there. No one could seem to tell me where she was, so after waiting for 30 minutes, I left. Unprofessional, avoid at all costs.
I came early but the staff was accomodating, very polite and professional. Eylash extentions I came for were excellent, very happy with the service

Tried the £D Volume lashes and I am really happy with it. It did not hurt at all during the appointment, I even slept at some point because I was so relaxed ha! Really nice staff as usual. It did not take too long like last time (1 hour 20 minutes compares to more than 2 hours last time). The volume lashes look much more natural, not too thick. I can hardly feel them. I
