Tried the £D Volume lashes and I am really happy with it. It did not hurt at all during the appointment, I even slept at some point because I was so relaxed ha! Really nice staff as usual. It did not take too long like last time (1 hour 20 minutes compares to more than 2 hours last time). The volume lashes look much more natural, not too thick. I can hardly feel them. I

It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to do my infills! Very nice staff but very slow. I did not plan on spending that much time for my infills and it kind of ruined my night. Moreover the result was not even perfect, one eye had more lashes than the other... However the staff improved her English and she is lovely. Just need to speed things up!

Do not go!!!' The therapist was one hour and ten minutes late for the appointment. No phone call to appologie. I have to call myself to the owner to make her aware that no one was there to do the service. The therapist was not professional and she did glam lashes instead natural lashes extensions as I requested. 5 days later they are falling apart. :(((

Friendly staff but hard to communicate because of poor level of English. Makes lots of efforts though. Treatment itself is satisfying. A bit long (more than an hour) but I needed lots of infills.
