I had my first ever lash lift procedure with Tatiana. She explained each step as she was doing it which was comforting and managed expectations on outcomes at the outset. She was very chatty & friendly which puts you at ease. She’s quite efficient too and did a good job on my gel nails whilst my lashes were being done and gave a lovely relaxing hand massage.
**I didn’t have waxing in the end hence the 1 star rating as I can’t comment on that**
I would definitely recommend Tatiana and use again!
