Gem is absolutely delightful and welcoming. She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and happy to answer any questions you may have before embarking on extensions. Taylor Rose is such a comfortable and friendly environment, its such a pleasure going for appointments and chatting away to Gem!
The hair itself is beautiful quality and is placed in extremely neatly and securely. My extensions last such a long time because of the care and tips I receive at each and every session.

So glad I came here for my extensions - Gem was able to match my hair really well. Really nice and friendly atmosphere, and obviously skilled as my extensions lasted for ages with minimal damage to my real hair - always a relief! Would recommend for sure.
