Gem was soooo lovely. Answered so many of my questions before during and after, was so flexible with timings of appointments etc and the hair appointment itself was great. Had netflix on in the background to keep me entertained while it was being done. She was so quick and efficient and the hair lasted so well, through two sun, sea and sand holidays, a wedding and moving house! Would one hundred percent recommend getting Micro Rings through Gem as she did such an amazing job all round, and being my first time getting hair extensions, I will definitely be coming back!
I had a fab time getting my hair extensions this weekend with Gem and Im so happy with the result, they look and feel amazing. It was great to go through the choices of hair so thoroughly to get the right match for me, I ended up going for brown Russian hair 22 inch and I'm glad I went for the better quality hair as I will have them for so long. The experience was a million times better than being in a salon as you can watch Netflix, so time flew by as I watched some of my favourite programmes and it felt like no time at all. I've had a lot of compliments since and it's only been two days! Also it's great value for money, I can't rate Gem's hair extensions enough, she is absolutely lovely
I am so pleased with my hair extensions.. they are beautiful! Gem is so lovely and made me feel at ease. This was my first time with extensions, she was honest & explained everything really well and provided excellent after care advice. I can't recommend her enough! :-) thanks Gem! xx
Didn't go for it as my hair is too short! Gem was absolutely lovely on the phone and advised me on the next steps I should take regarding quicker hair growth. Once my hair grows a little more I'll be getting my hair extensions done my Gem for sure!!

Gem at Taylor Rose provides a top class service and I would never go anywhere else to get my hair extensions done. I have been having mine done for a year now and the quality and condition of the hair is incredible. I return for maintenance, which is a bargain and get my hair extensions replaced every 6 months. The micro rings stay put for the duration and Gem takes great care with my hair every time I return. She provides excellent advice on maintaining my hair extensions and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing. It gives me a chance to chill out, watch movies, have a natter and step out with the most beautiful hair after! People always comment on how fab my hair looks. Absolute first class service!!
