Gemma is fantastic. She is so knowledgeable and my extensions look amazing and natural. I have quite fragile hair and she keeps a close eye on this so my natural hair isn’t damaged. I couldn’t even think about going to anyone else.

My consultation was fab - I have short balayage dyed hair and Gem really took the time to match all the colours in my hair to the extensions. She recommended I went for a shorter length that I originally wanted to make sure it looked natural - really appreciate her recommending what was best for me rather than the most expensive, its a sign of a good salon. Gem is also super friendly and informative. The salon is lovely - I've just booked to get my extensions put in.
