I a booked a manicure but upon arrival they said I should get gel nails instead, despite me being clear that I did not want this. When persuaded to continue with a manicure, the beautician showed me the colour options and there were only four old awful colours to choose from. So unfortunately I did not get the treatment done. The staff were not very helpful or friendly about this. 2 months later and I am still trying to get a refund :( such a shame !

I’ve had lash lifts / tints done before but had the best result from this salon by far yesterday. Hiral was really thorough and a perfectionist, they came out perfect! Great price too. Had so many compliments and recommended to all to my friends. Thankyou!
