Terrible massage experience sadly. My appointment was 45 mins instead of an hour, I left feeling more uncomfortable than when I came in, there was no ambiance, bright lights (I was offered sunbed goggles to cover my eyes!) no face hole, no warming up of the muscles- if I’m honest, it didn’t seem like my therapist had been trained in massage at all- she massaged on my bones including my shins and collar. I almost stopped the session myself. Not a full body, really disappointed and wouldn’t retun
