The salon is very nice with lovely staff. I got a hot wax Hollywood. If you have course hair, book elsewhere. The hot wax is a very thin consistency and doesn't actually grab the hair, instead of the wax pulling out my hair it's just broken the hair too short for a clean up strip to remove. My waxer was lovely and checked I was doing ok throughout.

The lady was lovely however it was clear she did not have the right training or experience to do waxing. Reasons include:
1. She panicked because the wax wasn’t coming off and I was left with hair, she asked me to come back that evening or the next day but I couldn’t. The floor was soaking wet, I was left on the bed whilst she tended to another client, I could even see people walking outside and felt very vulnerable. The whole thing was a disaster and I have never ever had such a bad wax.

This was the worst Brazilian wax I have ever had. The woman who was very nice, but it didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing. After having to make a case to get hot wax (which I had paid for) as opposed to strip wax, I waited for a while, for her to not prep my skin correctly (no talc etc). I then suffered through 45 mins of her pulling wax when it wasn’t cooled enough which was so painful, and I kept trying to say the wax was too hot and was ignored, and the waxing result was really bad.
