This was the worst Brazilian wax I have ever had. The woman who was very nice, but it didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing. After having to make a case to get hot wax (which I had paid for) as opposed to strip wax, I waited for a while, for her to not prep my skin correctly (no talc etc). I then suffered through 45 mins of her pulling wax when it wasn’t cooled enough which was so painful, and I kept trying to say the wax was too hot and was ignored, and the waxing result was really bad.

Gel nail removal was good (though took a while!). New gel nails were applied to a really poor standard though, e.g. flooding down the edges and going onto my skin. I asked for them to be removed immediately as I wasn’t happy with being stuck with the mess for ~3 weeks.
