I have been here for brows before and staff are very lovely but overall I am quite disappointed with nail service. The nails were not done to a good standard and I felt that the lady lacked precision and experience. The pricing exceeded Treatwell advertisement, leaving me feeling misled. This is mainly a brow bar with a small table and lamp set up for nails, not a nail salon experience. Overall quality and transparency need improvement, I wouldn’t go back for nail service x

She was lovely and very polite! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and how informative she was. I did notice when I got home that one eyebrow was slightly thicker than the other, but nothing that will be noticeable under my glasses tbf.
