Staff was good, the wax was a tiny bit painful at the start as the wax kept breaking but after that it was absolutely fine.

My face was cut on both cheeks and my chin from the thread. Instead of taking accountability and apologising, I was told it was my skin, even though I’ve had threading for so many years and this has never happened. Very disappointing and now I have to walk around with a cut, sore face.
