When I turned up at 10am for appointment shop was closed, finally somebody appeared at 10.15am. Then the lady proceeded to do a walk in customer eyebrows before mine, meaning I wasn't seen until 10.45. She then proceeded to do a Hollywood wax with strip wax when I booked hot wax, & clearly had no idea of my booking as tried to charge me at the end for everything when I paid online via treatwell. The ladies we nice, but have no idea how to run a business/bookings. 15 mins late toy appointment, then serving a walk in before me making me even later. Then using the wrong wax. I personally won't be returning.

Hate giving bad reviews but this was an awful experience. I wish i had of know more before booking this wax - the shop looks OK from outside but inside it was hot and dirty very basic the door of the waxinroom opens onto the salon felt very exposed. The wax was so so painful and it took do long - I had wax stuck to me she put so much on in one go and then had to keep adding more as it was stuck - I was left with burns and very sore - unfortunately I paid upfront otherwise I wouldn't have paid
