Pre booked & paid for brow lamination. I asked if tinting was included as I’m used to having it done first, but in this case it was done last - fine & no issues. After tinting my eyebrows were waxed, a usual practice for brow lamination. At the end of the appointment I was asked to pay an additional £10 for the wax, which I never asked for & refused to pay. Please ask first what is and isn’t included beforehand as you may get caught out too.
