Not a good experience.
Had to wait 20 minutes after my appt time as therapist double booked so I was slotted in by someone else between their other walk ins.
Another customer was having a full body wax and was shrieking loudly. I was shown to a room which seemed to be a storage area, bed didn’t work and there was a small grubby sink, nowhere to put bag or clothes . Therapist had to fetch a pot of wax from another room. Actual wax was ok, very rushed.
Was glad to leave and won't go back.
