Having booked and paid through Treatwell, I was told on my arrival that I'd need to pay a further £25 directly to the staff for a "registration and consultation fee". I had to challenge this, staying out hadn't been made clear when I booked it. I couldn't get Treatwell on the phone (it was a Saturday) to ask for a refund but eventually the staff agreed to go ahead with the treatment anyway. The woman who did the massage itself was very sweet but the treatment felt a little random and unco-ordinated

Great experience of the acupuncture, cupping and massage. Relaxing 2h with amazing staff. Highly recommend trying this lovely place.

This is a very professional clinic. I have a history of low back pain and made an appointment for acupuncture. The doctor first asked my medical history, then checked the painful area, and then acupuncture. During the treatment, came in and asked if I was comfortable, very professional and very warm. I will recommend it to my friends and I will come back again.

I arrived a little earlier. There was no one at all on reception. No one answered the telephone either. Then I had paid for a head/shoulders massage. She told me I needed to pay £10 for an initial consultation. Where she merely felt my pulse with her fingers. Told me I was lacking in energy and we went into the treatment room. She could have done that within the treatment. She made me pay upfront for that. Then we get into the treatment room I came for a really aching neck from a fall. She told me I should do a combo of acupuncture and the massage I wanted. So I said okay if she thinks that is the best idea. Willing to pay for this. Then we go in. She does the acupuncture first. The bed was uncomfortable as the head hole was too tiny (I’m not huge. A size 8 female) and it put so much pressure on my neck. So she leaves the room with these acupuncture needles in me. Having explained nothing. I’ve never done acupuncture before nor did I know how long I was to be left in this room for. So after 15 mins of pain in my neck from lying on the uncomfortable bed with needles in my back. I ended up having to stand up as she wasn’t answering my calls out to her. I literally had to step out into the hallway and shout. I politely paid her £20 instead of £40 for the acupuncture but she should never have charged. The massage enddd up being quite bad too. Overall just a really weird unorganised dissapointing experiences

You have to pay another £25 consultation fee. No massage just accupuncture and cupping. The room next door is open so you can hear their conversations then at the end you are pulled in a room and told you need medicine and more treatments, trying to say no was hard as very pushy. I ran out
