Offered only water as though it was too much trouble to offer a tea or coffee..
Barely touched my scalp when doing the shampoo.
Blow dry was very poor. Hair was not flipped like I wanted besides me explaining several times. Could have done this at home. Total waste of time and money.
Great cut and excellent service, would definitely recommend!

I’m so happy with my haircut! I have very thick hair and Rossano took time to properly blow dry them and then dry cut them so they were precisely cut. I’m very pleased with it, it’s the cutest bob haircut ever :)
