My bouncy/curly blow dry was done so badly I had to rush home and blow dry out the kinks so I could curl it. This made me late to birthday celebrations. I couldn’t believe that they let me leave looking like that tbh. I was actually embarrassed. It was frizzy, not even fully dried, it was done with one super thin brush instead of the big ones I’m used to for a bouncy blow dry, and was just kinky and flat. I wished I had done it myself and therefore would really like a refund. The girl who did it was lovely and potentially training or new and I didn’t have the heart to say at the time.
