Francesca is absolutely lovely and the balayage was a very pleasant experience. The result looks great and very natural, however that’s not what I asked for and she was confident I could achieve what I’ve requested. The salon did refund me the balayage because if this and I’m very happy with the haircut. So overall I think it’s a very good salon with quality results but maybe should be more precise regarding the outcome aimed for.

Really enjoyed my appointment at Teal. Francesca was great and I hope to visit again when we're all allowed back out.
