This was the best haircut experience I’ve had in London! Francesca spent time with me to understand what I wanted, what I needed, and consulted between the two so I ended up with the perfect. My shampoo and scalp massage was very relaxing, and put me at ease during a time when salon visits can be stressful. Thanks Teal!
