Had a lovely experience here. Francesca is really lovely and made me fee completely at ease. It was a really relaxing experience and my hair looks so much better! I’d consider booking directly with them in future as my appointment (which I booked through Treatwell) was rescheduled by the salon as that time slot didn’t exist, which was weird. But they were very good at getting in contact and providing me an alternative appointment time which ended up being only an hour or so earlier. All worked out for the best, so wasn’t a problem.
