When I arrived at the venue I was told that the price I had booked for was wrong and that it was going to be an additional £26. The salon had sent an email to explain but because I was on night shifts I didn’t see this. They then said because I hadn’t replied they didn’t think I would be attending the appointment so could still “fit me in”. After some discussion I agreed to pay the extra, simply because I had an event to go to and was again on night shifts that night and in between so had no other time to find another salon. I was then fitted in amongst other clients and the appointment took 4.5 hours. I was sat for 45 minutes with wet hair waiting for it to be cut. It’s such a shame that this was my experience as the cut and colour are great but feeling like you’re a nuisance for being there whilst your paying to have a little bit of pampering time is unacceptable for me.
