Good attention to detail - she cut my hair just as I asked for. Also clarified the treatment I was getting so that there were no surprise costs when I went to pay!

I really felt welcome as soon as I stepped in. Lucy was very friendly and gave me an honest consultation when I was asking her about getting a lighter haircolour - I really appreciated her honest opinion (unlike others who would just try to sell things to you). Thank you!
