I made a short-notice appointment for Friday 9:30 am (and took a half-day's annual leave for this). Thursday evening Technik rescheduled to 10:30 am, which was less convenient but still makeable. However, when I arrived at the saloon, I was told that my appointment was cancelled (they offered it for Saturday!). That would have wasted my half-day leave if I was not lucky to find availability in a nearby saloon - and I am very happy with my hair style. I appreciate the Treatwell website as it allows making an appointment at short notice, which I needed, but I will never try Technik again. The whole point is reliability on both sides.

Ashley was fantastic. Gave me a lovely hair cut and a sweeping fringe exactly how I was hoping it would look. Having been to many hairdressers over the years, I am always slightly cautious of thinking it is great when I leave the salon, until I have washed it and tried to dry and straighten it myself however she has done a great job and it is so easy to style and maintain, it just falls back into place. My new hairdresser has been found!

The person who cut my hair was perfectly pleasant, but the rest of the staff seemed to be having an argument in front of clients!
