I struggle with the experience of visiting hair dressers to get my hair cut. Ashley was fantastic not only did she listen to my EXACT needs re:styling she completely put me at ease - she's a young stylist with a great attitude and future ahead of her. Thank you so so much.
My appointment was for 9.30am today but I was not informed that the stylist I was booked for was not in and I was lucky to get another appointment for 10am which was done by New hair stylist John
I should have been informed as I was very close to not getting my hair done today and I travelled 45 mins for this appointment.
Other than that John did a great job in cutting and styling my hair .
Haircut was fine and I was grateful to the salon for fitting me in when I arrived and the stylist I booked with was sick. It was a shame to be charged 50% more than I expected to be charged (£21 as opposed to £13.65) as per my treatwell invoice. Possible another system error rather than a salon error.
