All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.not what i asked for at all. went in to get my hair cut into bangs, asked for them to be wispy & thin & walked out with curtains. the woman had no apology when i told her i wasn’t happy yet got up and proceeded to say she was done. it looked a mess. she also cut my hair way shorter than i wanted and didn’t even bother to apologise for that when i told her it was not what i wanted. the young girl on the desk actually laughed at how i looked when i paid. all in all, great for a cheap haircut but you get what you pay for!

Kevin did a fabulous job of understanding what I wanted and was able to both adjust what he was doing based on my feedback as well as offer advice as to what might work best for my hair. Really professional experience and Kevin went above and beyond what I was expecting. Definitely recommend!
