Very busy Saturday, great stylist and haircut and experience. However didn’t realise it didn’t included hair drying in any form (I hadn’t expected a blow dry, just a dry so I didn’t have to go out into cold winter air with wet hair!)

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The shop is always nice and warm. When I have been there for a blow dry, I seem to get lots of comments on how nice my hair looks, which gives me a great boost!

Jodie managed to get my treatment done even though I was over 30 min late because of the weather, I can’t find words to thank them for their understanding and excellent customer service; normally in any other places they would have been cancelled the appointment and charge for the treatment anyway! So this says a lot of the business and all the people working at this venue. Thanks again for the outstanding service and hospitality!
