However, the lady and the man in the salon kept talking down to the staff which was not nice at all and simply rude.

I was happy with the end result of my cut but my experience was not as pleasant as my previous visits - my stylist didn’t do a head massage when washing my hair or talk to me at all during the hair cut. Previously I have enjoyed my visits to this salon so I would come back and try again.

I do really like Technik, they are incredible value for money and the staff are wonderful! I only use this hairdressers in Edinburgh now.

There had been a hick-up and my booking through Treatwell did not immediately show in Technik's own booking system. On top off that the person I had the time booked was not at work that morning. A bit confused, having paid for my haircut upfront, the staff solved the situation quickly and I got my haircut done. I was extremely pleased with the quick and relaxed service they offered me on a busy morning - I do certainly recommend their services!
