I have fallen out of the habit of looking after my hair and so was a little nervous going to the appointment. It was my first time at this salon but was immediately made to feel welcome and at ease. Karis listened to my thoughts and gave some suggestions and I am so happy with the results. My hair is exceptionally thick but she did a great job and it is exactly what i’d hoped for. Really friendly and laid back atmosphere which is exactly what I wanted.
